We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of professional services clients, with a strong preference for experience supporting law firms. The Finance Manager works with assigned clients to oversee, record, process, and reconcile financial data based on assigned needs as well as manages their assigned Bookkeepers for their role and deliverables. The Finance Manager role will perform the following expected outcomes accurately and within a timely manner but is not limited to:

Review work prepared by bookkeepers and senior accountants

Act as escalation point for complex accounting issues

Manage and oversee trust accounting and reconciliations (legal clients)

Ensure compliance with regulatory and qualified standards

Support process improvement and SOP adherence

Accounting Diploma or University Degree

- Minimum of 2 years experience working with Quickbooks online
- Solid technical accounting skills
- Strong Excel skills (must know how to use pivot tables at minimum)





Experience supporting SaaS companies is an asset (familiarity with SaaS metrics)

Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts
