Sedgman is currently seeking an Intermediate Process Engineer to join the team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing process engineering support to an engineering design team, working as a process engineer or metallurgist on an operating site, or working with a vendor to provide technical support helping to deliver high quality projects. Provide process design support through the engineering phases PEA, PFS, FS, conceptual design, front-end engineering and detailed design.
Prepare process calculations, PFDs, heat & material balances and P&IDs.;
Will be up-to-date with advancements in mining processing technology and recommend implementation of current equipment or processes
Bachelor of Engineering (Mineral Processing, Metallurgy or Chemical Disciplines)
Must have EGBC designation, or in process of obtaining EGBC engineering registration.
In depth knowledge of process engineering, equipment, and technologies
