We're building our foundational team and seeking a senior full-stack engineer to make a significant impact on Pod.

You will play a key role in product development, shaping the AI workspace for salespeople, and influencing our culture, engineering philosophy, roadmap, and team.

Ideally, you're entrepreneurial with extensive experience in building world-class SaaS products.

Build an AI-first product in sales technology.

Create an agentic system for salespeople utilizing diverse data sources.

Design and implement data and training infrastructure.

Lead AI model architecture, design, and implementation.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers for seamless AI integration.





Explore and incorporate new AI technologies.

Drive AI-related product roadmap initiatives.

5+ years in data science, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.

- Experience building applied AI solutions, including LLMs, NLP, and other models.
- Strong software engineering skills with solutions deployment experience.
- Proficient in designing, training, and deploying AI models.
- High standards for quality, attention to detail, and user experience.
- Strive for excellence and quality in all work.
