UBC's Faculty of Medicine seeks a Change and Transformation Lead to provide change management leadership for Digital Solutions projects. You will guide strategic initiatives, partner with faculty and IT leaders, and shape adoption of recent services.
This role oversees change programs across the portfolio, develops engagement strategies, facilitates consultations, and monitors benefits realization. A degree and 5+ years of experience are required; Prosci training is preferred.
