We’re seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead Federal proposals and enhance presentation strategies within AECOM’s Canadian team. This role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance, and sophisticated proposal writing skills tailored for Federal Civilian and Defence projects. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful proposal submissions and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex proposal pursuits from capture through to interviews
• Create detailed content outlines and manage compliance lists




• Facilitate workshops for win strategy development
• Drive colour reviews and implement lessons learned
• Support debriefs and gather client feedback for improvement

Requirements:
• 6+ years of proposal experience in professional services
• Strong writing and editing skills for proposals
• Familiarity with Federal clients and environments
• Knowledge of desktop publishing and team-oriented tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
