Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate client meetings to define project scopes
• Oversee snow removal and campus safety inspections




• Supervise maintenance staff and project timelines
• Build partnerships to enhance service quality

Requirements:
• Seven years of operational support experience
• Community College diploma in facilities management
• BOMA designation preferred
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Class “G” driver’s license required
