You’ll oversee content moderation and enhance our classifiers while driving innovative safety features into our products before launch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage end-to-end content moderation
• Maintain and enhance safety evaluation suites
• Improve classifiers and assess model fit
• Tune moderation systems to prevent over-blocking
• Run red teaming on models and pipelines
Requirements:
• Experience in applied safety engineering
• Background in building evals for harmful content
• Solid Python programming skills
• Ability to manage precision/recall trade-offs
• Good judgment in high-pressure situations
