Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on IP matters for technology and engineering solutions
• Draft and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property




• Assist in the administration of WSP’s IP management processes
• Participate in competitive landscape monitoring

Requirements:
• Qualified to practice law in Québec or other relevant jurisdictions
• 3-5 years of experience in IP and technology law
