Your focus will be on preventing injuries, managing workplace exposures, and ensuring adherence to health legislation. Drive continuous improvement in disability management to support employees on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the Occupational Health and Safety team
• Oversee employee health services and immunization programs
• Implement workplace safety prevention and assessment initiatives




• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and report on occupational health and safety trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in health and safety
• Expertise in WSIB claims management
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific workplace risks
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
