You will collaborate closely with landowners, project teams, and stakeholders, securing essential surface rights for multi-year project development. - Support surface land acquisition across Western Canada




- Manage and coordinate land acquisition activities for projects
- Conduct outreach and establish relationships with landowners
- Negotiate required surface rights and agreements
- Review and interpret land documentation for accuracy Requirements:
- Experience as a Surface Land Agent or similar
- Strong understanding of land acquisition processes
