WE’RE HIRING – TANDOORI CHEF

Location: City Centre Drive, Mississauga

Salary: $25 per hour

Tamarind Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Tandoori Chef to join our kitchen team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute marinades for tandoori dishes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of tandoor operations, cooking techniques, and temperature control.
- Set up, organize, and maintain the tandoori station.
- Prepare and bake a variety of naan breads and other Indian breads.
- Cook and prepare all tandoori, grilled, and bread items featured on our menu.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.





✅ Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Tandoori Chef in an Indian restaurant.
- Strong skills in tandoor cooking, marination, grilling, and bread preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with a robust work ethic and attention to detail.
