At My Door Factory, we manufacture high-quality MDF cabinet doors — but we consider ourselves more of a problem-solving company than just a manufacturing shop.
We are currently hiring an MDF Door Sander / Robot Operator to help prepare our cabinet doors for a smooth, consistent finish.
Only a small percentage of this role involves manual sanding. Most of your time will be spent operating and working alongside our sanding robots, keeping production moving and checking the quality of each door.
No experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right person.

Duties
- Operate and monitor sanding robots
- Load and unload MDF cabinet doors, keeping work flowing through the sanding process
- Complete minor hand sanding and touch-ups where needed
- Check doors for rough spots, scratches, and other surface imperfections
- Follow safe operating procedures and use required protective equipment
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Help improve processes and reduce waste
