Salish YMCA is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to supervise its before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will manage staff and volunteers, deliver engaging programming, and maintain a secure environment. Your leadership will prioritize strong relationships with children, families, and community partners. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct onboarding and training for new staff
- Coach and mentor School Age Leaders effectively
- Build relationships with families and community partners
- Act as an ambassador for organizational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Child Care Licensing requirements Requirements:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and team development focus
- Understanding of childcare licensing standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
