Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction




- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store procedures

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock counts
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
