This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on‑site from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 3 days a week and there will be occasional trips to our Montreal Buying Office as needed.

Translate the merchant vision into production priorities and resource allocation to support business objectives and successful assortment execution in the Bedding, Bath, Beauty, Footwear, Accessories and Handbags categories.

Oversee product development and production execution across the assigned portfolio, ensuring merchandising strategy and quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved through effective team and supplier performance.

Manage cross‑functional collaboration to ensure assortments are produced and executed as intended, achieving product, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Manage supplier relationships and performance, including supplier selection, negotiations, production capability, quality, and delivery performance.

Proactively identify and mitigate production, sourcing, and commercialization risks to protect assortment delivery and supply continuity.

Optimize product development, sourcing, and production processes to improve speed to market, product quality, supplier performance, and overall cost efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Development, Fashion Design (is an asset, not required), Retail Management, or a related field.

5–7 years of progressive experience in product development, sourcing, production, fashion design and/or commercialization within a retail environment.





Demonstrated experience partnering with Merchandising and Design teams to develop and deliver customer‑focused assortments from concept through production and delivery.

Strong knowledge of product development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, packaging, commercialization, and critical path management processes.

Proven ability to negotiate cost of goods, manage supplier relationships, and deliver against margin, quality, timing, and assortment objectives.

Solid project management, organizational, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.

Salary $84,200.00 - $126,300.00 Short Term Incentive Plan Bonus - Short-Term Incentive Plan, 15% Annual Retirement Support Bonus - Management Profit Sharing Plan (MPSP), 15% Annual

Short Term Incentive Plan: This role includes an annual bonus opportunity based on the percentage of base salary listed above, with payout determined by company and individual performance.
