Pets Plus Us is seeking a Claims Processor . The Claims Processor will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and processing insurance claims and determining policy coverage for the claimed loss and appropriate compensation amount.

Job Location: Remote – Canada Compensation: $44,000 CAD annually

Works closely with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to evaluate and review a pet’s medical history to determine a baseline of health.

Reviews policies to make eligibility determination.

Creates and issues claims decisions to policyholders.





May order medical records from providers.

3+ years in the veterinary field if a licensed technician or 5+ years in the veterinary field if an unlicensed assistant.

- High school or secondary school diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (one-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college).
