LARA-TECH LIMITED, a fast paced private technology company, requires a full-time network support technician for servicing clients in the Ottawa area. This position requires an individual that projects an image of excellence, expertise and confidence. This individual must be self-motivated, well organized and focused. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and support desktops, laptops PC/MAC (Windows 7-11, OSX)
Configure backups
Perform onsite/remote service and support to clients
Mobile support for IPhone and Android
Microsoft 365 management
Knowledge of Micorsoft 365 Desktop/Cloud (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Must have positive communication skills and interpersonal skills
Must have strong analytical capability
Must be able to work independently
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
~3 year college diploma, in Computer Science or equivalent
