In this role, you'll provide comprehensive IT support across various Ontario locations. Your expertise will span Windows 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms, all within a Microsoft 365 environment. You'll also monitor IT ticketing systems to maintain service level agreements, while managing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Azure and Intune.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support at multiple Ontario sites
• Manage IT ticketing system resolutions and SLAs
• Support Azure, Intune, and Microsoft services
• Deploy and configure desktops and servers
• Adhere to network equipment standards across sites

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in IT support roles
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Intune
• Familiar with Cisco and Fortinet hardware
• Valid Ontario driver’s license for travel
