As a Life Enrichment Worker, you will lead programs that address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual care needs. Your role will include developing individualized care plans and creating memorable experiences that resonate with our community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead group programs and one-on-one activities
• Assess residents' recreational and therapeutic needs
• Support residents in participating in enrichment programs
• Document care plans and MDS coding accurately
• Maintain program supplies and support volunteers

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields
• Experience in Life Enrichment preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Computer skills with PCC and ActivityPro
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening completed
