Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and skills gaps
• Design and maintain training materials and resources
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions




• Support employee development through structured learning pathways
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:
• Over 3 years in service operations roles
• Experience in heavy equipment or manufacturing industries
• Skilled in training design and adult learning principles
• Capable of creating transparent training materials
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
