Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager in Nanaimo to lead a team, drive profitable sales and safeguard excellent customer service. The role reports to the District Manager and oversees merchandising, scheduling, recruitment and inventory management in the store.
You will be responsible for creating a positive workplace, ensuring safety, coordinating front-end operations, and driving performance through strong leadership and communication.
