Elevate your career with Shift4 as a Pre-Launch Specialist in Toronto, ON. This hybrid full-time role focuses on managing merchant onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience from contract to installation.

As a key member of the Operations division, you'll engage with merchants and lead the onboarding process. This role requires expertise in technical programming, data configuration, and project management. You will build relationships with merchants to tailor POS systems and ensure their satisfaction, serving as both a subject matter expert and escalation point.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead merchant onboarding from initiation to installation
• Configure POS systems and online ordering for merchants
• Provide white-glove service and exceptional support




• Communicate effectively via multiple channels
• Document merchant interactions using relevant software

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Expertise in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hardware deployment and configurations
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
