Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the reception desk efficiently during operational hours
• Provide mailroom services and manage room bookings
• Operate a multi-line telephone switchboard with professionalism
• Offer administrative support to campus staff and departments




• Ensure quality service to students, staff, and visitors

Requirements:
• Office Administration certificate and one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Current and valid driver's license
• Familiarity with student records registration system preferred
