ErinoakKids is actively seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for in office support in Brampton. Help children and young adults with medical complexities while building strong client relationships.
This role involves working closely with children in our Respite Program, focusing on delivering excellent clinical care. The successful candidate will communicate care plans, conduct assessments, and support daily living activities as part of a dedicated team. Flexibility is essential, as weekend availability is required in addition to ongoing paid training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and implement individual client care plans
• Communicate effectively with respite staff
• Record all necessary medical documentation
• Conduct assessments tailored to client needs
• Provide direct clinical nursing care
Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing is required
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
