The Field Manager will be responsible for day-to-day crew performance, working closely with the Operations Manager and other coordinators. Key aspects include managing budgets efficiently and maintaining high standards in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help crews load equipment and strategize daily
• Check in with crews to set and reinforce goals
• Approve daily schedules prepared by the Schedule Coordinator




• Enforce company standards for trucks and equipment
• Ensure project hours remain under budget
• Coach crew members for development
• Minimize rework and callbacks on projects

Requirements:
• Landscaping and hardscaping experience
• Solid leadership and management skills
• Comfort with field and administrative tasks
• Relevant experience in applicable operations is a plus
