As a Supervisor in the Supportive Housing Program, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring staff effectively support residents facing various challenges. Your leadership will drive the implementation of essential programs while collaborating with community partners to improve service delivery. You will also train volunteers, facilitate team meetings, and manage staff development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program staff orientation and daily operations
• Ensure program participant compliance with service expectations




• Provide support for team-building and crisis incidents
• Foster partnerships for community awareness and programs
• Assist in developing case plans and tenancy solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years experience with homeless seniors
• 3+ years supervising staff, ideally in a union setting
• Knowledge of mental health and harm reduction
• Ability to manage program development and partnerships
