Become a key asset in coordinating customer support and logistics at our Montreal location. As a Customer and Logistics Specialist, you will manage order fulfillment and ensure exceptional service delivery.

In this full-time role, you'll work closely with customers and the supply chain for the Power by the Hour (PPH) and CFirst programs. This position requires someone with a proactive mindset to handle logistical issues and maintain smooth operations. Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage order status and case updates
• Serve as main contact for PPH customers and internal teams
• Oversee parts receipt validation and service return




• Coordinate with Pratt & Whitney for AOG orders
• Prepare reports for PPH Tariff Administration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Solid logistics and administrative aptitude
