This role seeks a certified Dental Assistant ready to support the orthodontic program and collaborate seamlessly with our dental team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and handle vital administrative tasks. Contributing to patient comfort and efficient workflow is key in our friendly, patient-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures
• Assist dentists and hygienists during dental treatments
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as necessary
• Perform sterilization following IPAC standards
• Update patient charts and provide hygiene education
Requirements:
• Certification as a Dental Assistant required
• NDAEB certification is mandatory
• Experience with Abeldent preferred
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Previous dental assisting experience is advantageous
