This position requires excellent communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, and impeccable leadership management skills, along with the ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment!Pay Rate: $77,000 - $80,000 / yearShift Times: 0700-1500ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day security operations, ensuring all employees comply with company policies, procedures, standards, and operational requirementsOversee incident management by reviewing investigations, complaints, and service concerns, ensuring appropriate follow-up and corrective actionCoach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer serviceEnsure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, contractual obligations, and service level agreements while maintaining a safe and secure environmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships through daily communication, operational reporting, site inspections, and the delivery of proactive recommendations and solutionsRequirements:Minimum of five (5) years of security experience, including at least two (2) years in a successful supervisory or leadership roleValid First Aid/CPR certification is an assetExperience in a retail, shopping centre, or commercial property environment is considered an assetDemonstrated experience managing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and employee developmentStrong knowledge of security operations, incident investigation, emergency response procedures,
