DCM is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor with over 7 years in the industrial health and safety field. This role demands expertise in occupational health regulations, reporting, and the ability to perform audits and inspections. You will engage with workers and management, preparing safety meetings and risk assessments to promote a culture of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit work sites and mentor teams on safety practices
• Ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations and company policies




• Conduct daily toolbox and weekly safety meetings
• Develop site-specific HSE and Emergency Response Plans
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
• 7+ years in industrial HSE roles
• NCSO / CSO certification mandatory
• Working knowledge of OHS legislation
• Experience in heavy industrial or oil & gas sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
