Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume vendor invoices in CAD and USD
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and set up accounts




• Verify compliance with indirect tax regulations
• Support month-end activities and account reconciliations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in manufacturing considered an asset
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
