The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of transactional experience, with exposure to infrastructure, project finance, banking and finance, debt/equity financing, or real estate finance considered an asset, but not required. Robust drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
With an office located in downtown Toronto (just steps from Union Station), this role offers exposure to complex infrastructure, financing, and investment transactions across sectors including energy, transportation, housing, and community infrastructure.
