Become a vital member of Smash Champs Badminton Club & Pro Shop as a Store Support Clerk. After training in Surrey, BC, you will help manage online orders and customer service in Richmond, BC. In this crucial role, you will support Smash Champs online and retail operations. Responsibilities include stringing badminton rackets, managing inventory on Shopify, and providing excellent customer service at the Pro Shop. Your position directly impacts order fulfillment and retail excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect and string badminton racquets with high precision • Handle customer inquiries through various helpdesk channels • Pick, pack,
