Join Gerdau as a Production Labourer (Utility Person) in the finishing area of our Rolling Mill. Prepare quality steel bars while ensuring safety and efficiency in a dynamic setting. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team while being responsible for handling, sorting, and inspecting finished steel products.

You'll assist Machine Operators in set-up tasks, maintain equipment cleanliness, and operate essential machinery like overhead cranes and forklifts. Your ability to communicate clearly and follow safety protocols will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle, sort, stack, and bundle products
- Inspect finished bar products during processing
- Tag and inventory products using automated systems
- Assist with equipment set-up and troubleshooting
- Clean machines and work areas Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform in a physically demanding environment
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and judgement
