We are currently seeking a full‑time motivated, reliable, and outgoing team player to join our Atlantic Canada team as a Parking Attendant, based at one of our hospital locations in downtown Halifax.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles

- Conduct vehicle inspections before taking custody of vehicles

- Issue and collect valet tickets

- Ensure keys are stored securely and vehicles are properly locked

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

- Provide directions and answer customer questions

- Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues when required

- Follow all company policies, procedures,



and safety standards

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience required

- Valet experience considered an asset

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving abstract

- Minimum 3 years of driving experience

- Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight and confined spaces

- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is an asset
