As a Human Resources Generalist with Thurber, you'll play a vital role in managing HR operations within our engineering-based sectors. Collaborate with management and staff to enhance onboarding, performance reviews, and conflict resolutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Model and promote company culture and values

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience
