We are seeking an innovative Occupational Therapist with a focus on pediatric hydrotherapy. This role involves creating individualized treatment plans to develop motor and communication skills while enhancing sensory processing and functional abilities.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide essential assessments and interventions in our specialized aquatic facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat children using hydrotherapy techniques
- Develop tailored therapy goals and plans for clients
- Address diverse motor and sensory skills needs
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and support staff
- Maintain accurate ongoing clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Registered with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred
- Experience with children having diverse abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
