Become a pivotal part of innovation at the University of Calgary as a Venture Programs Specialist. Lead Lab2Market initiatives and drive entrepreneurship across the UCalgary community. This full time, fixed-term position spans approximately 24 months within the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking. You will be responsible for planning and executing programs while collaborating with various stakeholders and community members.

Your role includes community outreach aimed at enriching entrepreneurial engagement across UCalgary. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage Lab2Market programs and events
- Provide hands-on support for Hunter Hub activities
- Coach community members on entrepreneurship
- Foster interdisciplinary team initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing for outreach strategies Requirements:
- University degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of program/event management experience
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
