Lead the Canadian operations of an international mining consultancy as Vice-President. This hybrid role focuses on strategy, business development, and building client relationships while overseeing technical consulting services. As Vice-President, Canada, you will be the top executive accountable for strategy, P&L; management, and technical delivery in the mining sector.

With a significant emphasis on winning new clients and building a robust pipeline, this is a hands-on position requiring direct oversight across various disciplines. You'll report to the firm's Executive, New Ventures, transitioning to direct communication with the Group CEO as the Canadian operation grows. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and win new clients in the Canadian mining market
- Manage the P&L; for Canadian operations effectively




- Maintain a hands-on approach while generating consulting revenue
- Lead a hybrid team of Canadian consultants and global experts
- Represent the firm and align with the Global Board Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of mining experience with senior leadership roles
- Significant background in the Canadian mining industry
- Consulting/advisory experience, particularly in operational roles
- Proven success in business development and P&L; ownership
- P.Eng. or P.Geo registration, or eligibility for certification Drive the growth of mining consultancy services across Canada with your expertise and leadership.
