Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team seeks a Band 5 Nurse for 23 hours per week in a seven-day service. The role covers two shifts weekly (2 x 11.5), with duties in a 16-bed ward and close collaboration with the wider Primary health and Social Care Team.
The successful candidate will join a busy ward focused on self-care, independence and timely discharge, and will contribute to palliative and end-of-life care as part of the team.
