and emerging technologiesCollaborate with the business to prototype and pilot innovative solutions that drive digital transformationLead complex integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems using APIs and integration technologiesProvide expertise in Service Now best practices, governance, and platform architectureSupport and enhance CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and configuration management practicesParticipate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment to productionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows, ensuring platform capabilities align with IT service management and operational excellence objectivesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and implementation teamsConduct design reviews, code audits, and platform health assessmentsEnsure compliance with security, risk, and governance requirements by implementing appropriate controls, access management practices, and supporting audit activitiesStay current on Service Now roadmap developments, industry trends, and leading practices,
