Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to student inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Assess student needs and guide them through processes
• Manage appointments and learner queues effectively




• Maintain compliance with student information policies
• Collaborate with departments to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate required; diploma preferred
• 2-3 years in customer service, preferably in education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems
• Robust interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus
