The Convocation Hood and Gown Attendant at Gaspard will coordinate the distribution of hoods and gowns to graduates and faculty. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to manage physical tasks effectively. You'll work alongside a team to create a welcoming environment while ensuring timely distribution and collection of regalia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide welcoming and professional service to graduates
• Distribute hoods and gowns per instructions
• Assist in unpacking and preparing regalia for ceremonies
• Collect and repack hoods and gowns post-ceremony
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hood and gown space
Requirements:
• Current UNB student preferred
• Ability to lift 20+ kg boxes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Availability on scheduled event days
