Closer to Home Community Services in Alberta seeks a Youth Care Specialist to support youth with complex mental health and behaviour needs in a community group home, using the Teaching Family Model.

The role involves day-to-day activities, crisis management, and collaboration with a transdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans. A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred, with willingness to work a 4-on, 4-off schedule in a 24/7 operation.
