Compass, a Sudbury-based non-profit, seeks a Family Navigator to support youth (11–29) and families across the catchment. The role blends in-person and virtual work, fostering access to mental health and addiction services and coordinating with community partners.

You will assess needs, provide tailored guidance, and advocate for timely service access while promoting coordinated care and confidentiality. A valid Ontario driver’s license is required.
