Commercial, Contents, and other growth areas when the chance and finances permitProtect and promote customer, employee, and business safety at all timesEnsure compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHAOversee hiring, training, management, coaching, discipline, termination of employeesAccountable for financial and operational performance of the CompanyManage subcontractor relationships as neededMonthly 1:1 with owner.
