* Test, operationalize, deploy and optimize Aruba Central and Ubiquiti WiFi networks;
* Provide level 3 maintenance and technical support for WiFi infrastructures;
* Accompany level 1 and 2 support teams through coaching and knowledge transfer;
* Analyze the performance of WiFi infrastructures and propose ways to improve;
* Write technical reports and prepare structured technical presentations;
* Document detailed working procedures.
**The profile you are looking for is as follows:**
* Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology engineering,



electrical engineering with a profile in information technology and telecommunications, or a relevant field, and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
* Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with WiFi technologies, including at least 5 years with Aruba's latest products;
* Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the introduction or deployment of current technologies in large enterprises, including detailed architecture, configuration, testing and documentation;
* Have relevant experience with IP networks and related technologies, including switches and gatekeepers;
* Demonstrate an abilityto solve complex problems and think critically;
* Know how to recommend and adapt solutions according to business needs;
* Knowledge of scriptingtechnologies (an asset);
* Demonstrate agility, results-oriented, team spirit, customer focus, adaptability, creativity and innovation;
* This position requiresworking primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks.
