The role centers on migrating the IVR platform to the CCaaS solution on Amazon Connect and then monitoring performance to drive enhancements for customer and employee experiences.You will own the product lifecycle, translate requirements into a roadmap, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for InvestorLine ecosystem.
