Key Responsibilities:
• Serve members and guests with courteous service
• Conduct tours for potential members and guests
• Process memberships and cancellations accurately




• Maintain building security and member check-in procedures
• Support Membership Coordinator with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Robust communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Acceptable Criminal Record Check required
