Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Health Aide (RCA HCA) for long-term care on a casual basis. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities to promote autonomy and comfort, under supervision of a nurse or designate, in multi-site facilities.The role requires completion of a recognized Health Aide/Nursing Assistant program, BC Care Aide registry, and solid communication skills to support residents and collaborate with the care team.
